Step 3:

Within moments, we put you in touch with all the right service providers in your area, letting them know you need help.

Step 4:

The service providers send you a quote and available times through the app.

Step 5:

You choose a service provider based on their price, their availability and their rating on the app.

Step 6:

You will make payment online, and once the service provider has finished the job, you will be requested to leave a rating, so that other users can benefit from your experience.

All service providers on the app are fully accredited and vetted by us – you won’t run into fly-by-night operators here.

Your rating matters! The star ratings given by users help you choose someone who is reliable and competent. Plus, if they mess up and you leave a one or two star rating, they don’t get paid – which means Whizzoh service providers put in the effort to maintain their higher ratings.

You know what’s happening at all times, even when you’re not around. The app allows you to track the service provider and see when the job is complete, even if you’re not at home.

It’s within South African insurance standards, which means that if the service you need is covered by your *insurance policy, you can submit your invoices from Whizzoh service providers and claim the costs back.

Your satisfaction is important to us. That’s why we offer you the Whizzoh Warranty – if you aren’t happy with the work done, we will investigate your complaint and if it is found to be valid we will not pay the provider, decision is at our sole discretion.
